WHAT IS TALENT PLUS?

Talent Plus is a leading UAE-based agency dedicated to creating impactful influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Its Founder and Chief Executive Officer is entertainment veteran Michel Chahda, supported by Gushcloud Co-Founder and CEO Althea Lim, and backed by ADM Holdings and J&F Holdings.

It specializes in crafting bespoke influencer marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results for its clients.

In 2024, Talent Plus received the support of three established companies and businessmen in an aim to shake up the talent and creator economy industry in the UAE, the MENA region, and South Asia.

It partnered with Gushcloud International, a global creator and IP management and licensing company powered by AI co-founded and headed by Althea Lim. Gushcloud is present in 12 markets including Australia, Greater China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore (as headquarters), South Korea, Thailand, UAE, USA, and Vietnam.

This positions Talent Plus to leverage Gushcloud’s global network of talents, creators, brands, and opportunities, so it can link MENA- and South Asia-based talents to Hollywood, and vice versa.

Gushcloud counts the ff. as its business drivers: Talents & Brands; Content & IP Production and Distribution; Brand Incubation; and Financial Services.

Recently it launched its proprietary tool called Bankeble. It is a financial technology platform that streamlines data for all talents across the globe. It also has an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot and more features for data analytics, payment processing, and business directory.

This investment has the backing of ADM Holdings, which is part of the companies owned by Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum; and J&F Holdings, a private firm owned by serial entrepreneur and investor Faisal Belhoul who is also the Vice Chairman of the Dubai Chambers and a judge on Shark Tank Dubai.
